During your initial visit your pedorthist will take a thorough health history related to your injury/condition, evaluate your current footwear, conduct a gait analysis and assess the range of motion in your feet and legs. Then, they will discuss a treatment plan with you based on your health and activity goals that may include stretches & exercises, a change in footwear, custom foot orthotics, over-the-counter insoles, or a combination of a few different things to help you step into healthier movement.
